The clerk who worked with and checked me out was great. The 23-point inspection indicated I needed to have the air filter changed. I asked that that be done along with a couple other things. He came to me and told me that I had a reusable air filter that all I needed to do was to clean it myself. I have trouble with rats getting under the hood of my Jeep. He showed me some places under my hood that I could put some bars of soap to help keep rats out. Carlos was very helpful and the reason I will continue to bring my Jeep to you for service. More
