If I could give zero stars I would. I have brought two separate vehicles to this dealership for maintenance. Both times the technician could not locate the issue even after I gave them the diagnostic code separate vehicles to this dealership for maintenance. Both times I was charged $150 for a problem they couldn’t find and both times the problem reappeared within minutes of leaving the dealership. After recently leaving the dealership but still experiencing problems I took my vehicle to another mechanic and discovered that the inspection they claimed to have done had not really been done. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Bureau of Automotive Repair due to this dealership’s incompetent and potentially fraudulent business practices. Looking at their online reviews, you can see that their service department is substandard. More
