Service I took my Dodge 1500 in for service at their beautiful new dealership. When I walked in, I first saw my advisor Jessica Gonzalez there to greet me. I I took my Dodge 1500 in for service at their beautiful new dealership. When I walked in, I first saw my advisor Jessica Gonzalez there to greet me. I was informed right away that my alignment was good! I had no idea what she was talking about at first since the only thing I did was pull up into the drive and walk in. She informed me that there is a build in scale that every car that goes through gets measured to make sure the alignment is good on it. It was so cool. I was really impressed. It was posted on the screen behind her so you can see for yourself. For my service I had to leave my truck there. I was put in a rental, which was great, since I have to have a vehicle at all times. I was pleased that they were able to accommodate me with that. After a few hours I got a call from her and was notified what they needed to do for my concern. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and got it back that Friday. I was not too concerned when I was getting it back, since I was in a rental. Over all my experience with my service was a 5/5.
