Just had the first oil change done on my new Jeep. The service department got me in and out pretty quickly. I found out you can get free pickup and drop off for servicing. DISSATISFIED Took my Jeep Patriot in for replacement of 2 stripped out lug nuts and to check if the wheel studs had been stripped as well. Also to have the flat pa Took my Jeep Patriot in for replacement of 2 stripped out lug nuts and to check if the wheel studs had been stripped as well. Also to have the flat patched and replace the donut with the full size repaired tire. Customer Rep said they would take care of everything and promised to call by the end of the day to give an update. He never did. I had to call the next morning only to find out it had not been worked on. Was later told the wheel studs were okay but the punctured tire could not be used. I delivered another spare to them to use which they did. Took a day and a half to finish and I never got my old tire back nor the old parts so I suspect the stripped out lug nuts were put back on the wheel. Disappointed that more consideration was not given to the work I requested. More
