There was little to no communication. 'I' had to take the initiative in contacting the dealership with updates to my vehicle. Also, parts were ordered TWICE without my approval or understanding. My vehicle was in the shop for a MONTH, so tell me why I was asked if I wanted a loaner vehicle after THREE weeks had already passed. Lastly, when looking at all the work that was completed, one part, the most costly was $200 over what I was originally quoted. $200 was dropped, after a call to the parts department took place solidifying my thought that there really is no communication amongst themselves and unfortunately amongst us customers. I was not well taken care of even coming in. Someone was helping guide my vehicle in, since it was on a tow truck, and left to help someone else. The tow truck driver and I, after the person told him to go to the back, had made the decision to place my vehicle next to a wall. Afterwards I went inside to see who would assist me and waited, and waited. I understand the wait if it were busy and maybe the two attendants who were sitting were busy, but there was no reassurance as to when I'd be seen or by who so I stood awkwardly by the entrance. Truthfully this whole experience was just uncomfortable, beginning to end. And having to communicate this to my deployed husband was stressful on both of us. The old location next to Nissan took good care of us; it's disappointing not having that same care we received at this dealership. More
This last experience, Diego was professional. However, my husband and I should not have had to make multiple phone calls to multiple departments to resolve a spare key fob issue that had been ongoing for 10 husband and I should not have had to make multiple phone calls to multiple departments to resolve a spare key fob issue that had been ongoing for 10 months! Informing Diego that we would not pick up my car until this issue was resolved, what we had been trying to accomplish for almost a year, was resolved in a couple of days. More

Initially, I chose to drive to Rancho Cucamonga for my car service because I had a trusted independent mechanic I had dealt with for over eight years. After my first visit to HCDJR on emergency, I felt certain and reassured that I could get efficient and reliable service. During that visit, I encountered Carlos Aikerman at the Service desk. I was immediately struck by his eagerness and readiness to help me and even more so by his professionalism and deep knowledge. When last July, my 2005 Jeep was totaled in an accident, I did not hesitate to buy a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from HCDJR. Choosing this dealership for service of my new Jeep was a no brainer. I have had no reason to regret that decision. Now housed in a spanking new location in the Auto Center Mall, it ia a pleasure to visit for service. The new location is spacious, airy, impeccably clean but has retained the same commitment to excellent service. And Carlos Aikerman is still my favorite guy to deal with. More
