Over booked. Waited to long. I made an appointment for a basic oil change. Had to wait a week for an opening which was fine. When i got there I was told the service department was I made an appointment for a basic oil change. Had to wait a week for an opening which was fine. When i got there I was told the service department was overbooked and it would take 2 hours. After 2 hours I went and checked on my truck and was told it was still up on the rack and it would be 15 min more. After 40 more min I went and checked and it was sitting outside but no one had called me. My time is important to me but you did not seem to care. This is unacceptable. More

I had a great experience with this dealership! They got my car fixed in much less time than the other dealerships I have dealt with and they were pleasant to work with. Diego kept in contact with me and ev my car fixed in much less time than the other dealerships I have dealt with and they were pleasant to work with. Diego kept in contact with me and even found a recall on some parts for my vehicle that allowed me to get a rental for a few days which was so helpful. Scheduling and service department is never on the same page. They tell you to bring in your vehicle for service same day and when checking in they seem confuse like they had no idea that you had a appoint page. Customer service skills are poor by far one of the worst dealer service department I have experienced. Nice, but not efficient My wife took my tuck in for a recall repair. The light was on for low tire pressure so she asked them to check the tire pressure and air the tires. When she picked the truck up she noticed the light was still on and the tire pressure was the same as when she dropped it off but she didn't have time to go back in to deal with it so she called them. She was forwarded to the voicemail of the service writer she worked with. She left a message and never received a response back. Poor customer service and their service department either doesn't read their work orders or didn't care. More
