Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I dropped my car off on Tues Feb 4th and didnt hear back till I called about the status the nxt day. I was then told it would be a couple days so I text my Tec Fri and never heard back. I called the dealers till I called about the status the nxt day. I was then told it would be a couple days so I text my Tec Fri and never heard back. I called the dealership and text my Tec on Mon which I didnt get a response. There was no communication from them on whats goin on with my vehicle. So I finally got ahold of someone Tues Feb 11 and found my car was now done and I could get it. I was told it was finished and would be wash n ready Wed Feb 12 and when I got there it was not washed, which I waited almst am hour forba 15 min wash. I had no time to look over my car because I had to get hm and get ready for work. When I arrived home I found scuff marks on my from and rear bumper which were NOT there when I dropped it off. I text my Tec to let him know we had an issue and sent him pic. He replyed sayn he didnt see them when he eashed it but they would look at it when I came in Tues Feb 18 for an oil change. I want it fixed by the dealership because a Tec or mechanic did the damage. More

I was told a 2 hour wait! This service guy sent me off to the waiting room and said it would take 2 hours. I went in and asked the service guy why my truck was parked out there. He said it was done. How long it was setting there you will have to ask him. As far as I am concerned who or what am I suppose to trust. Did they even look at my truck? I asked to have it washed and he said that was not possible. I also thought it was going to be inspected.
