Quick and great service This was my first time bringing in my truck to get serviced to Hemet CDJR. I usually drive to Temecula dodge to get my truck serviced because that's where I originally purchased it from. I have had some bad experiences at the Temecula service department so I decided to try the Hemet dealership. I made an appointment online which was very simple. Showed up and met with service advisor Jessica Gonzalez. I explained to Jessica of the bad experience I have had and she reassured me that she would take care of truck, she also advised me of a few updates and recalls. I was expecting my truck to be serviced for most of the day but I received a call in a few hours. Their service department was quick and did not have any issues afterwards. Thank you Jessica and the service team at Hemet CDJR. More

Terrible terrible service I can’t explain the amount of issues I have had with this department. My car has been in the shop for the past six months and that’s aside from the la I can’t explain the amount of issues I have had with this department. My car has been in the shop for the past six months and that’s aside from the last time it was in which was about 3 months and another time and another time with a total of about 8 months. I even spoke to the manager in regards to this and promised me that everything would be good and fixed, when I got to my car nothing was done and it was like never even touched plus all the damaged to my interior. They haven’t even got to the issue of why I brought it in they have literally just been fixing the damages they caused to the car and body from the last repair I’m extremely disappointed in the service department and have given them time and time again to redeem the terrible service. I even got them joyriding in my car and they couldn’t explain how or why my car was out driving but luckily I have a monitoring system in my obd and got them. At this time now I’m looking into dealer neglect and lemon laws I’m extremely upset and disappointed and still have not resolved any of my issues I’m having. Very disappointing for this company and anything in regards to this service department. I will be writing a letter to David pedder and the following bureaus to help me out. More

Great Went in for service. It was an average wait time. I can always trust Hemet CDJR with my vehicle because they don’t try and upscale you on items your c Went in for service. They always tell you what’s needed not like other dealerships always telling you all kinds of parts are needed. I’ve referred more than 10 customers there because of the great customer service I get from there. I purchased my very first new vehicle there and will continue to do so. Also the salesman Jose helps me a lot on any questions I have and don’t get pressured to purchase a vehicle like other dealers. Really feels like going to a friends house to get your car worked on than going for Just an oil change More
