Told me to go to a different dealership Came here for rpm gage bouncing around and clicking nose coming from the front right tire and the exhaust i get the car back they said it was the fron Came here for rpm gage bouncing around and clicking nose coming from the front right tire and the exhaust i get the car back they said it was the front passenger tps valve broke so i get the car back no gas rpm gage still bouncing so i made an appointment to drop back off take the car 2 days before i had a car show and i never park by curbs or had anyone touch the front tires noticed it had scratched by being mounted didnt have it before the tps sensor was installed took it in and told them so when i got the car back today they first said it had to be a curb then when i talked to the main guy he said to show him so he see it says that it from mounting the tires that they never touched the front only the back that there not covering it i here him from the side say we never touched the xxxxing front only the xxxxing back his words i was in the car and heard him but they gave my car back the first time and said it was a pice of a broken valve in the front now im stuck paying 600 for a new wheel because of henderson chevy how was it me if i never had the front tires changed and that mark was never there i always check after i get the tire changed at discount tire because that had to replace 1 from the back that they scratched when i had to get rear but i never had change the front tires still same f1 from the day i got the car should have did the same here but didn't think i would have to worry about them because there the dealer.. thanks for scratching my wheels then saying it wasn't you when your the only ones to touch the wheel week or 2 later called them about my ac not working on one side they said to try a different dealership because there not meeting my expectations More

Caring only when buying My wife and I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe from this dealership on March 10th, 2018. They were helpful in selling us the truck, it’s everything My wife and I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe from this dealership on March 10th, 2018. They were helpful in selling us the truck, it’s everything after that I have had problems with. We live in Fort Irwin, California so it isn’t easy for us to make it over to Henderson, NV all the time. We brought our Tahoe back so they could put the wheels on our vehicle and new bow ties that we worked into the deal. They were also supposed to wash and detail our vehicle. They did an OK job at washing the outside and didn’t even touch the inside of our vehicle at all. I’ve owned many vehicles and this dealership is the only one to not detail the inside. We have also been waiting on our license plates since March 10th. It is now April 23rd and we are still waiting for our plates because there was an issue with our first contract and we had to sign a brand new contract. Our local registration place here in Fort Irwin hasn’t even had a hint of our paperwork being there yet. Furthermore, every time I call Henderson Chevrolet’s finance department it goes to the voicemail of some lady with the last name Heinrich (Spelling?) absolutely 100% of the time. Their sales department is okay working with you, however after you have bought a car from them it’s almost as if you don’t exist. We don’t regret buying our Tahoe, but we do regret buying our Tahoe from Henderson Chevrolet. More
