He went up & beyond what I would have expected regarding my problem with my 2014 RDX Acura. Being a widow is hard enough, but when you want to start your car & nothing happens....it's not a pleasant situation. But with Jim's knowledge, assistance & calming attitude, my mind was at ease. He is such an asset to Hendricks & I hope that he will be recognized by the "higher ups". My problem was actually solved by the towing company...but I firmly believed that Jim sent me Good Vibes!! Hendricks Acura squeezed my 2016 MDX in within 1 day for a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation at no cost under warranty so we could return home to Florida safely. All personel were courteous, friendly, professional and very competent. If we lived in the Raleigh area, I would use Hendricks to service both of our MDX's. More
