I had a bad experience but the store manager at Hendrick Cary completely turned it around. He called, he listened, he apologized, and then he asked how they could fix things. Very professional. I took my car back in (which I was not planning to do) and the service team went to work to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I am all for giving a service team a second chance, and thanks to the store manager and the service team they really took care of things. I will continue to work with Hendrick for my maintenance needs on my Buick Enclave (which I love). More

I bought from the Cadillac dealer next door, so this was my first contact with Hendrick GMC. They were great, very professional. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. My husband had bought his Buick Enclave there and went in for service today, He went in because the right turn signal repeatedly came on which they had already repaired a few weeks ago,Now they are saying we for service today, He went in because the right turn signal repeatedly came on which they had already repaired a few weeks ago,Now they are saying we need to replace more than the bulb and they no longer can get just that part but have to replace whole mechanism. Then the service guy tells him that the tire sensor light is on but it wasn’t on when my husband dropped it off. We won’t be going back to this dealer. Such a ripoff! More
