Let me tell you. My car broke down and I had to get towed in. Called the dealership after it rang several times and spoke with Maggie Rountree. She took great care of me and got me setup with service. Went t in. Called the dealership after it rang several times and spoke with Maggie Rountree. She took great care of me and got me setup with service. Went to the dealership met with my advisor Eric Foster and had to wait (they were very busy, but very informative on the wait process). Had some major repairs to get completed. The mechanic, John Delarosa, came out and explained to me what needed to be fixed, very nice guy. While waiting and walking around the dealership, I was approached by Michael Rose. He was very nice and asked me if I was interested in test driving this beautiful Encore, so of course I did (had to make the most of my time). Fell in love with it. They offered me the option to trade my vehicle in and buy a new one - after considering it was time to upgrade- especially after looking at this beautiful new car.. so I thought why not! Worked with the finance manager Art Moore and Geoff Edwards the Sales Manager and before you know it I was driving off in a NEW vehicle. Who knew a crappy experience of my broke down no AC car would have turned into such a GREAT ending in a BRAND NEW ENCORE. I even met the General Manager Cameron Singleton. Never had such great experience before and a bunch of great people in every single department. Everyone was super nice and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

I visited this dealership on Saturday, July 1 2021. If customer service is important to you, DO NOT do business with this dealership. Buy a Buick somewhere else. Very rude and arrogant. One person asked if I needed help, I told him I wanted to look at the Buick Encore, he walked away, walked to a person's desk and never came back to me. I stood in the middle of the showroom about 7 minutes before walking out and driving away. I have never been treated so poorly in a dealership. I'm usually bombarded with sales people itching to make a sale and eager to help. I won't let this experience deter me from buying a Buick Encore GX and plan to visit the dealership in Cary this Saturday. The reviews on Hendrick Buick Southpoint's site are all 5 stars yet when I researched reviews on this site and elsewhere, they were not as great as the dealerships site. Save your time. More

I worked with Mike, Steven and Reid on purchasing a used truck. I actually had a deposit at another dealership but had to wait due to a missing title. During that time, I saw Hendrick Chevy/GM add a Toyota truck. I actually had a deposit at another dealership but had to wait due to a missing title. During that time, I saw Hendrick Chevy/GM add a Toyota Tundra to their inventory. I had nothing to lose so I messaged them and they promptly got back to me with the details of the car. I explained my situation, what my trade was appraised at, and if they can make it work based on that. Steven pretty much told me he'd get back to me and see how they could help me out. I was astonished how diligently he worked on massaging the numbers, even giving me more for my trade. I decided to in and finalize the deal. Next up was Mike Rose - Mike was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and take me for a test drive. One of the best experience I've had. Super nice guy and a straight shooter. Even after the sale, he made sure I received a back up key and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Can't recommend him enough. Reid was my finance manager, and again, nothing but praise. I was in and out of the finance office within 15 minutes tops. Overall, one of the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am sure to be back when my wife is looking for a new vehicle. More
Dishonest salesman Paul, not a good buying or servicing with my vehicle here. I know when you buy a used vehicle anything can happened but when you have a 90 day warranty and a 3 year warranty you would th with my vehicle here. I know when you buy a used vehicle anything can happened but when you have a 90 day warranty and a 3 year warranty you would think they would take care of any issue that's covered. I was told you need to take the vehicle to the dealership that makes them, but I have a 90 day warranty with you. My salesman (Paul) told me when I bought this vehicle they do a checkup on any vehicle they sale but I guess they don't check for leaks. I only had this vehicle for less than two months and why am I having problems with it. I trusted them I guess a little to much but you learn from your mistakes. I will never ever recommend or buy More
