Evan let me look at so many vehicles, even though I had an idea of what I wanted- just to make sure I didn't want something else. Mr John Wayne worked with me on financing until I was happy. They both made sure I was satisfied, and that is what matters. I won't ever work with another dealership except this one because of the laid back feel and how nice everyone was. Ryan went above and beyond without being pushy to help me really find the car that was in my price range and check all my boxes! The financial portion was a breeze also with the help Daniel! My only reason for not giving this experience 5 stars was because Abdul who came out to initially discuss financing through the dealership was rude and condescending. He began by telling me to read two different dollar amounts (with and without the discount of financing through the dealer) and him telling me the he does not understand how it can make sense as to why I would want to finance through my personal bank and not through the dealer and a direct quote from him “perhaps $1000 doesn’t mean much to you (me) but it does to me (him)”. I did not appreciate his way of approaching the situation at all. More

Very pleasing and quick!! I got a phone call from Corey a few weeks ago about the great deals they had, and that someone wanted my car. I heard the same thing from another sales guy at the same dealership a few months earlier. Corey was different, I told him about my situation from the start and how I was skeptical on coming in. He reassured me that they would do all they could and to remember my best interest is Priority! I was going through some bad times and a divorce. This was the fresh start I was looking for and Corey made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the dealer. He even went as far to call me when I got home to make sure the drive home was smooth. I’m very pleased with him and more people like him should be employeed at Hendrick.
