What a relief! I was referred to JJ Brooks by a good friend of mine and I am so happy I followed her advice! I've purchased a car before but this experience was even better! JJ really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted in a car and he was careful to keep it within my desired budget as well. He is wonderful and easy to talk to and the atmosphere in the dealership is really incredible. I was able to place my trust in them and from start to finish JJ and Abdul in financing ensured that my needs were met. I could not have asked for a better experience in purchasing a car. Originally I was set on only getting a new car so that I could take care of it from the beginning, but the quality Hendricks provides is outstanding and I now own a used car that is exactly what I'd hoped for.
