Excellent Experience I will start by saying that Brian Henry met me at the front door as I arrived for my appointment with a smile and a firm handshake. After talking with him about the vehicle that I wanted the budget range I wanted to stay in, Brian introduced John Wayne from the finance department to me. I had a specific color and features that I wanted to have in the vehicle and John Wayne brought out multiple vehicles to present to me. After going through them we found one that I liked and we made a deal on it. Brian Henry was great through out the entire process and I will absolutely return again. I live in Richmond Va but it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive South and I would.do it again. More

Excellent Customer Service I recently came into this dealership to purchase a truck I had seen advertised online. Kyle Sessoms was the salesman dealing with us. The only issue w I recently came into this dealership to purchase a truck I had seen advertised online. Kyle Sessoms was the salesman dealing with us. The only issue we had was that the truck wasn't present at this location. There was apparently some error on the website. However, even though I was not able to see the truck that I wanted to, Kyle still made it a great experience with his friendliness and sense of humor, not the stereotypical pushy attitude of most car salesmen who just want you to buy a car. I didn't not end up purchasing the original truck I looked at but instead bought one from Terry Labonte Chevrolet in Greensboro. Kyle followed up with me several times just to make sure I was satisfied with my experience and made sure I knew he was there to help if I needed anything. Of course he didn't know I had already purchased a different vehicle so I told him, he congratulated me, and again, said he was there to help if I should need anything in the future.
