Luckily for me, the employees of HC stepped in to quickly help me replace my car with a brand new, updated version of my Cruze. The purchase was smooth & expeditious. I had no problems during the process and the employees/salesmen were very friendly. They explained every step of the process since this was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and even shared with me tips for managing my car payments. My goal was to look at their selection of veh On June 17, 2017, my mother and I decided to swing by Hendricks Chevrolet at Southpoint to browse, ONLY. My goal was to look at their selection of vehicles, compare their prices, and make a decision by the end of the year. I sent Brian a text message in advance letting him know that I was going to swing by just to look. I told him my plan….the kind of vehicle I was looking for, the features I wanted, monthly payment, payment start date (if possible) and that I WAS NOT looking to buy the car that day. Little did I know, about 4 hours later, I was driving off of the lot with the vehicle of my choice and all of my other demands met.
