Now I already had high expectations from great service from Hendrick previously. Kyle took that to another level. From comparing trucks to test drive to purchase, Kyle far exceeded my imagination. Kyle made the process painless and stress free. There was no pressure the entire time. He made sure every detail was right. Kyle even helped get my truck detailed to get me in my new truck faster. I had my almost 3 year old boy with me. Kyle made sure my son was happy and comfortable the entire process. They colored and played games on his tablet while we waited. Kyle went far above and beyond. This guy was amazing, his effort and hustle. You don’t see the values he has much these days. My time was not wasted. Even when I wanted to see numbers on multiple vehicles, he helped us find the right fit. Dan handled our financing and given the two trades, one having an out of state co-signer there was a lot of paperwork! I was thrilled to have the option to add extra protection because my vehicle was certified pre-owned. I have zero doubts that Dan took care of all of this deal's moving parts perfectly!
