FYI - Ed never contacted me about my post even though I sent two emails to him. I have ,however, been contacted by the sales department twice trying to get me to come in and trade my current Buick for a new one. What a joke. I've made my displeasure known with both of the sales reps about the shady practices of the service department. Funny, I haven't heard a peep from my discussion with the first sales person. The 2nd call came today. After voicing my displeasure AGAIN, the rep still wanted to earn my business back!!! Hilarious. That ship has sailed and sunk like the Titanic. She agreed to place me on their do not call list. I now take my Buick down to Davenport in Wilson. Friendly folks, did not have to wait 4 hours for an oil change, and I was not lied to nor did I have additional unnecessary service work suggested.
