When I visited Hendrick Chevrolet, I had the privilege to work with the salesman JJ Brooks. He conducted himself professionally answering all of my questions. Because of my great experience with this salesman, I have returned to the Chevrolet family. More

Damion Reid and his sales manager Eric went out of their way, and way beyond what was required, in finding us just the truck we wanted with the features we needed. This included finding the vehicle at another dealer and then using a third-party vendor to add a feature we required. Exemplary service. Although we were looking for a used (2013-2015) pickup, we ended up buying a "new" (i.e., previously unsold) 2016 pickup and taking advantage of the 0% financing option. More

Poor Customer Servcie I had a not so pleasant experience with this dealership. I must say that the original Service Consultant Steven Miller was excellent and he continued I had a not so pleasant experience with this dealership. I must say that the original Service Consultant Steven Miller was excellent and he continued to be excellent. It was the issue with the car and the subsequent issue and the interaction with another Service Consultant had with my daughter. Original issue was there was a bad hose that caused antifreeze to leak out of the car. No problem there. A few days later my daughter noticed the antifreeze was leaking again. I called Steven and he told me to bring it in which my daughter did. As she brings it in, another Service Consultant Carl greets her and she explains the situation and even shows him a picture of the leak. My daughter informed me that Carl said to her 'That can't be coming from your car'. She had to tell him it was coming from her car because she is the only one who parks her car in the space where it was leaking. First of all he exhibited POOR customer service by even saying that without looking at the car. What if my daughter would have taken him for his word and just driven off? So he takes the car back to the mechanic and they found a plastic device that is cracked and cause more antifreeze to leak. Mind you I am out of town. That cost another $200 to get fixed. I asked Steven why wasn't a pressure check done when you installed the new hose last week. No answer. Steven did give me a discount on the service but I was out of town and I could not go to the dealership myself. I have called the Service Director and he has not called me back. Needless to say I am one unhappy customer. More

The customer buying a Corvette gets better treatment. He gets to talk to the Finance Manager first while I wait and wait and wait. Then, both sales and finance misrepresented themselves stating the truck had navigation. An expensive bill from OnStar is NOT navigation. Being treated like dirt for someone with more money to spend is NOT any customer service. DON"T BUY FROM HENDRICK DURHAM DO NOT PURCHASE@HENDRICK AUTOMALL HENDRICK SOUTHPOINT full of BULL, will mislead, misrepresent and sell you anything to get you out the door, including selling disrespect, shady dealings. Oh yeah, many managers came to speak with me and tell me NO! You give us $5000 and we can SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. Bull! More

I had bring my car for service 3 times and will schedule a fourth time later today due to technicians not being able to solve the problem. At some point the technicians manager told me that's how my car was and would always run like that then discovered a piece had to be change and order a part. The sales agent once told me he had run out of ideas how to help me solve my problem! The only one day I enjoyed the visit was the day I bought the car from them (of course everyone was nice then!) Stay far away I bought my car at Hendrick and I wish I had known then what I know now. I scheduled an appointment, got a confirmation call, but when I walked in he acted like I didn't schedule and appointment and it was hassle. I asked to have my car looked at as every time i turn it off after driving the keys won't come out of the ignition unless I wiggle the shifter, which is a known issue. Everything seemed like he blew it off. I asked for an alignment, oil change, and to look at the shifter issue. The car was 2 days past the 2 year mark of being bought at that location. He was kind enough to check that I did pre-purchase maintenance when I bought the car. The rushed through it, and when he came and got me said they didn't have time to look at / reproduce the shifter issue (which i can reproduce every single time the car is turned on and off) and also informed me I had a nail in my back passenger side tire. I asked why, since I had purchased the road hazard was this not addressed then. He said to come back another time.... again blowing me off. Why do I need to take time out of my schedule to come back, for a service, I already paid for, on a day I had to take off from work to do this in the first place? The service people are combative and not friendly, dismissive, and cold. I will turn all of my friends and family away from this place. Completely unsatisfied. Copy More

Upon arrival he took time out of his day to make sure my car was handled properly. I had some concerns initially, however, Clinton Yanulavich conducted himself in a very professional manner. His conduct led to the acquisition of my complete confidence and trust. Employees of this caliber deserve recognition and praise. Regardless, if I am buying a car or having service performed I will come back to this dealership because of Clinton. Highly recommend for all service needs. More

On Monday I called from 10am - 1pm to get up date on my vehicle.. I found it very frustrating that no one could help me but the person that I stated with. I tried to talk to service manager, but he did not answer the phone. Monday was told part was being installed to find out that the part never came in. While standing in line Monday, before I found out my part had not come in. There were 3 customers in line in front of me, while 3 Hendrick service people sat at the computers and did not try to help anyone standing in line. My direct service contact of Tareia was good, but when she was busy there was no support. When you call in you get option to press '0' for immediate help and no one answered for the whole week while I tried to get answers. For GMC dealerships this was the worst service that I have gotten....I will be purchasing a new vehicle within the next 12 months and I may not look at Hendrick because of the poor support of the service department. I would recommend Tareia as your contact person...no one else. More
