I have owned Chevrolets all my adult life. I have been a Love Chevrolet customer for years and always satisfied with their serves, so I was a little concerned when Hendrick took over. My concerns were erased on July 7th when I took my Blazer in to fix a roar that started in the right front area at highway speed. Dusty Sparks was my Service Advisor. She was great! She kept my informed about the progress of the repair and when it looked like it might take hours, she offered to get me a ride to get lunch. She told the technician I was having to wait on the car and to make the repair a priority. I hope she stays with Hendrick and I'll surely ask for her my next visit. Karl A. Mack More
