Hendricks made it very simple and a smooth process! They communicated with the insurance company for me all I had to do was give the adjusters name and phone number. Hendricks took care of the rest. I loved the text/app updates with pricing changes and ETA for vehicle to be ready (which got done early). I got my 2015 Chevy Equinox back on Monday and she looks brand like she's new rolling off the line. Only suggestion, is if you provided pictures in the text/app update of the progress just because that would be interesting to see the process. Otherwise, highly recommended! More
