Had my ZL1 brought in today to get looked at and worked with Matt Barnes in service… He was quick to tell me what I already knew about my car… trust me Matt I know more about my car than you ever will!! Also tried to sucker me into repairs that weren’t needed either specially after getting a second opinion about it! Further more when I ask for pics of the so called leak happening on my valve cover all I got was a picture of the oil filter leak which I already knew was happening hence why I brought it in to get checked and fixed… I also requested a copy of my repair order invoice with all the detailed notes about what was found and for whatever reason all I got was a credit card receipt and no proof that any other issues were actually going on! This service drive is such a scam!! Give your customers all the documentation for any work that was performed… it’s the law! And don’t try telling me it’s not cause I know plenty of good lawyers that will say other wise!! More
