Nothing makes this dealership stand out. They use the typical car sales tactics and their business acumen is mediocre at best. They are not very people friendly and don’t do what the customers want but instead, waste your time and keep you waiting. This keeps the customer inside longer, but the patience grows thinner. Even after there’s nothing the customer wants to buy, the car salesman begs you to stay because he has to let his manger talk to you before you leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is definitely not putting the customer first. This de-values the customer and leaves a negative impression on the dealership. Also, when a customer says they want to drive a specific vehicle and it happens to be available on the lot to drive, it should never take 15 more minutes of talking by the salesperson and then an additional 30 minutes just to locate the vehicle. People can apologize or say they are sorry, but these are only empty words with no promises. If they were truly sorry and cared about the customer, they would do anything and everything the customer asked, and in a timely fashion, to earn the customer’s business. It’s truly sad when the customer knows more about Customer Service and how to treat others even better than they expect to be treated.
