I went to Hendricks Chevrolet in Merriam Ks to look at a truck I saw online. I met Larry Haynes in the showroom and told him which truck I was looking at. He walked me through the truck, and then I took a test drive. That cinched the deal, other than price. With my trade in and Larry going back and forth to his manager, we were finally able to agree on the price. I went home with my new 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Lt Trail Boss. If you are looking for someone easy to work with, ask for Larry Haynes. I'll be back in a few years. More

My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2021 Suburban and all I can say is my experience was amazing! I called to see if they had any in stock and of course that day one just came in. My sales man Bob St and all I can say is my experience was amazing! I called to see if they had any in stock and of course that day one just came in. My sales man Bob Stewart had the vehicle ready in the front for us with bottles of water and all questions on the vehicle and features it offered were answered. Marc is an amazing manager and made us feel like we were guests in his home with the patience and courtesy he showed us, he presented us with numbers on both trade in and new vehicle, and right then and there we had a deal. When we made it to finance with Jake Schlegel and all I can say is WOW!! Jakes fun loving attitude made my wife and I feel like we were talking to a best friend. Jake knew the exact warranty plan to fit our budget and made everything worry free. Gary Miller did the delivery on our vehicle and we left the dealership knowing everything about our new vehicle. With all that said this was by far the best buying experience ever!! Hendrick Chevy really knows how to treat customers as guests in their home and not just customers. So so experience. Nothing makes this dealership stand out. They use the typical car sales tactics and their business acumen is mediocre at best. They are not very people friendly and don’t do what the customers want but instead, waste your time and keep you waiting. This keeps the customer inside longer, but the patience grows thinner. Even after there’s nothing the customer wants to buy, the car salesman begs you to stay because he has to let his manger talk to you before you leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is definitely not putting the customer first. This de-values the customer and leaves a negative impression on the dealership. Also, when a customer says they want to drive a specific vehicle and it happens to be available on the lot to drive, it should never take 15 more minutes of talking by the salesperson and then an additional 30 minutes just to locate the vehicle. People can apologize or say they are sorry, but these are only empty words with no promises. If they were truly sorry and cared about the customer, they would do anything and everything the customer asked, and in a timely fashion, to earn the customer’s business. It’s truly sad when the customer knows more about Customer Service and how to treat others even better than they expect to be treated. More
