After receiving a notice about the rebuild program, I called and was sent to the above dealership. I received four calls from them before my visit in which I told them each time what I was looking for and what payments I could afford. As with most dealers, they tried to push me into something that I could not afford with payments out of my range! They also clearly had no desire to work with an elderly woman on a limited income. This was a total waste of my time and my daughter and son-in-laws time, not to mention the fact that we drove 150 miles round trip! Unless you have excellent credit and a pocket full of cash, steer away from this place! More

We were tempted to buy the vehicle he showed us because it was a great vehicle and because we liked Caleb so much. We had to have numerous phone calls while negotiating the purchase. They were patient and responsive to my requests and we were able to come to a mutually agreed upon price with no high pressure sales tactics. I put a deposit down and arranged to pick the vehicle up the next week. I was worried about the process of signing the paper work because I have had some bad experiences and my wife and kids had to make the trip. I worked with the financing department to talk through all the extra items (warranties, etc.) that come up during financing. We also talked through the interest rate and they worked to get me a great rate (was not eligible for a promotional rate). When I got to the dealership Cody (sales) had all the paper work ready and everything was exactly as promised. Then Cory came over and had all the financing paper work ready exactly as promised and it went very quickly. Les did a great job of the orientation to the vehicle and handled things fantastically. I am very happy with the experience. I was clear about what I wanted and expected. They listened and delivered what we agreed to in a very professional and timely fashion. I had as good of an experience as I could have hoped for and I appreciate their service. More

He was very sociable and wanted what was best for us. I didn't rate it a 5 because of a couple things. John Hanna was also a pleasure to work with. He was very upbeat and shared stories which made him very relatable. I felt the Used Sales Manager Chris came across rude as well as pushy. He seemed to almost say we were liars. But the main thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the fact that they thought we left so one of the managers Brian said "We are getting screwed on this deal." I felt this comment was very unprofessional as well as rude. Thankfully Bobby Covington made up for it and made our experience one to remember as a happy memory. More
