I don't want to be forced, coerced, threatened, pressured, or harassed. At Hendrick, I have always felt welcome with no pressure. FYI, people hate pressure and like the Hendrick approach. I searched online for a practical vehicle that was fairly priced and the best price with the fewest miles as a car in their inventory. I have always been apprehensive about car dealerships...salesman usually tend to be pushy, but not here. Within minutes of looking at the car on the lot I was approached by Cody Strange. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all....not pushy at all. A very easy-going salesman, that was incredibly easy to deal with. We went on a test drive, and everything went as expected...the car drove as expected, etc. After returning I wanted to get the 'ok' from the wife for the new ride, so they not only let me take the car for a bit, but filled it up with gas, and washed it for me to drive around. Much appreciated. All in all, once I had made the decision to purchase the vehicle, I had zero issues with Hendrick Chevrolet. They are truly a great dealership with exceptional employees! Jon "Big Sexy" Bivens went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best price on the vehicle and has continued to provide excellent customer service after the sale.
