My requirements for a car were pretty simple, I wanted AWD or 4WD in an SUV or truck. A nice sales guy named Rich showed me a couple of cars, I was interested in one of them as it fit everything and was very nice, and they said they would be able to get it within my budget. so the next day i went back and got Johnnie as my salesman, magically they said another couple had just bought the car that i was interested in, so he showed me a different equinox i like it as well, and the price seemed to fit very well and said it was almost exactly like the other equinox that I was originally interested in. so as me and the finance guy are filling out the paperwork, a couple of times he said this 2 wheel drive and I said no it should be All wheel Drive and that is what it should be, he replies oh yeah it is I don't know why I keep thinking its a 2 wheel drive. so we finish the paperwork they are in a rush because its after 8 there closing time and they are rushing around trying to get me out of the dealership and on my way. So as I was driving around my truck i see other equinox with AWD on the back door, I think mine doesn't say that on the back door so out of curiosity I look under the rear axle and sure enough its a front wheel drive only. so I call the dealership back to let them know I am not pleased with what they sold me as its past the 3 days and now I'm stuck with it. so I feel as they did a bait and switch on me to get me a vehicle I didn't want and they could make more money on it by passing it as something it wasn't. As for they phone call I have never got a call back from the dealership manager I left a message with. I would recommend everyone stay away from this dealership. More
Had a used Monte Carlo , very low mileage ,, Was told Car was so clean it didn't need to be cleaned ,, I opend the hood and it had clear paint all over it were it had been to detal shop ,, Price was told $14 was so clean it didn't need to be cleaned ,, I opend the hood and it had clear paint all over it were it had been to detal shop ,, Price was told $14,000 , Trade difference took to long to come up with and then was told it didn't matter what the number was as car was advertised on E-Bay and had meet reserve , I was told if I wanted the car I had to go on E-bay and out bid the highest bidder ,, I got home and found car on E-Bay , Car was at $4500 and had not met reserve ,,, I also found car on Auto trader and it was listed at $12,000 .. Salesman I asked for but didn't get to talk to called me a couple of days later and told me that car had sold .. I asked how the car could of sold when E-Bay auction was scheduled to end for 3 more days ,, He told me he didn't know it was just sold .. I had bought a car from this dealership 7 months before for my wife ,, I will not buy anything else from this dealer and wouldn't recomend any dealership that lies to its customers instead of telling the truth More
Sales people are old time "lot lizards". Could never get a definite answer on the price of cars except, "what are you wanting to spend"...typical. Test drive and negotiations went fine, but when we were finishing up the negotiations I explained we needed to get through the financing quickly since our babysitter had somewhere to be. We were assured we would be finished in 45 minutes or less so we continued. After waiting to be seem by someone in financing for over an hour we got all the paperwork finished and were told we could pick up our car in delivery. However it wasn't there, it didn't seem like anyone knew where it was and after waiting for an hour in the chairs outside of delivery we were called in for them to hand us the manuals for the car and told it would be out shortly, another 45 minutes later we finally got the car in delivery. When asked to fill out a survey and told nothing below extremely satisfied would due I expressed my disappointment in the time it took to complete the deal only to be told by Dale that it was poor timing because five other people were there buying vehicles. I won't return, and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Horrible experience. The service manager, Derek Miller, was untruthful with me regarding the pricing of the tires he was trying to sell me. When I questioned him on the accuracy and let him know other pla was untruthful with me regarding the pricing of the tires he was trying to sell me. When I questioned him on the accuracy and let him know other places were competitive it he made the comment " I wish you had gone somewhere else". I have brought the vehicle in for the same problem originating from work they initially performed. This manager was little customer service ability as he began to argue with me and show his frustration because I caught him in his untruthfulness. He tried to hold over my head the unauthorized oil change he threw in and the diagnostic fee (which was covered under the service warranty). I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for any type of service. They will try to sell you service you don't necessarily need and will give you attitude if you refuse. On top of this, I filed a complaint with the dealership and have not received any follow ups. This tells me they are not interested in retaining customers. Do not buy or take your car in for service at this dealership. More

Salesman was great. We made an effort to keep him in our loop. Very good and attentive. A 9 ro 10 out of 10. I would recomend him. The problem was with the booth management people. The "deal&qu loop. Ceaser did AMAZING!!! I honestly have never had better service in my entire car buying experience which has been the past 6 months. He was friendly, caring, and he did what had to be done to make me happy service in my entire car buying experience which has been the past 6 months. He was friendly, caring, and he did what had to be done to make me happy! He also showed me everything about the car I bought and walked me through the paperwork to where I could actually understand it. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Oh and Maurice was pretty awesome too! More
