I am a very impatient customer, and I return to Superior Chevrolet for our personnal and fleet vehicles because of Bob Winn. Bob in the past years has delivered well over 8 new chevrolets, professionally a Chevrolet for our personnal and fleet vehicles because of Bob Winn. Its to the point when I need a new vehicle, I simply call Bob Winn tell him what I am looking for and he comes thru with flying colors!!!! Bob gets us the best deal, and the most bang for our buck. In fact I trust Bob so much that I didnt even see my new Silverado HD 2500 before I picked it up. I was extremely pleased. Today I took my truck to get all the accesories put on at Superior, accesories which did not cost me a dime, he met me with a loaner truck, and then went on to wash the truck, and even got a food stain out of the back seat which occured while delivering food over the holidays. Bob Winn gets all of our business, because hes the best all around salesman I have ever met.Thank you Bob, and Superior Chevrolet!!! More

Even the next day when I went back for my "delivery", I had to wait a few minutes (my fault as I was late) and numerous people came up to me to apologize! When I went to Superior Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission, KS I was going just to look and see what I could possibly get approved for. I wasnt expecting to walk out with a new car. But I did. I wasnt ready for that. Prices being to high etc. But when I got there Dorian was the first to talk to me about the differnet options of cars. He was SUPER friendly, very smart, explained everything throughly to where I could understand everything. He told me everything about the cars from inside out. He made sure the car that I picked was EXACTLY what I wanted and needed for my daughter and I. He made sure I sat comfortably etc. When I went home that night, I told my mom.. This just seems so unreal. I feel like I just went to the mall, and picked out an new outfit. Thats how easy it was. Dorian made it very smooth for me. Bob Winn made the process of buying a car easy and enjoyable. He worked with me on price, accessories and every detail I threw at him. He gave me straight answers to my questions, unlike other people at other dealers. Whether it was them shopping around to find me the best interest rate or him taking the time to pick me up from the airport, I feel he genuinely had my interest at heart. When at Superior Chevrolet, ask for Bob Winn. He will make the process enjoyable and fun, which is what buying a new car should be. More
I went to Superior Chevrolet today to trade my car in toward a truck. To give some back story, my lease is almost up on my Toyota but I'm over the miles. Rather than turn it in and pay penalties, it would be easier to trade it for something. The trade in value is $11,250 which is almost exactly what I owe. I expressed that my main concern was the trade in because a lease has a definite timeline. I also don't want to be upside down. It was stated clearly that I need to at least break even on the car. This amount seemed quite fair and I was looking at a $30k truck. After a long appraisal, they came back with $8k for a trade. It was difficult to hide the disappointment by this clear low-ball offer. The last thing I was to do on my lunch break is get into a 4 hour negotiation with some nameless people on the other end of the building. They quickly upped the number to $10k in hopes that I'd be impressed. I said that it was better, but I'll have to discuss it with my wife. It's a big purchase, not quite the perfect truck, and I'm upside down on the trade in. I told him that I really had to get back to work since I had been gone for over an hour and a half. They kept me for another 20 minutes and it began to get high-pressure. Finally, they said they could do the full trade in value if I'd sign right then. I told them that it still has to be discussed with my wife. The manager then just got irritated and walked away. This has been one of the worst experiences at a dealership and I didn't even purchase a vehicle. If Superior had the best truck at the best price, I still wouldn't consider even walking in the door. The whole process was very easy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. The salesman Ken Was very nice and made me feel like he had my best interest in mind and not just trying to sell the car to anyone looking for a car. We stopped by to look at new vehicles Saturday night. Kenneth was out in the parking lot and asked if he could help us. We asked him several questions and he asked me if I wanted to drive the car. He brought me a white Equinox that I thought was really nice and we went for a test drive. He invited us in to talk. I told him up front, I am looking to buy a new car and I need a deal that fits my budget. After talking to him, he immediately starting working one up. After presenting me with the first contract, I told him I had spent 2-3 hours at another dealership and they could not help me get to where I needed to be. He returned one more time and he caught my attention. He was professional and not a bit pushy. He asked if I could bring in my trade-in vehicle on Monday night. I agreed and told him if everything worked out, I would be buying. He greeted me at the door Monday night with a smile. We talked and made the deal. I was really impressed with him as he worked very hard to get my budgeted payment. Thank you for a good experience. The Equinox is perfect! More
