I went into the dealership with the intention of getting a free appraisal on my Tahoe for the Chevy SUV buyback program. I was greeted by the sales consultant Matt McCann. Matt was very courteous and professional as he provided me the requested information hassle-free. It was only when I inquired about the availability of an Infinity sedan that he offered to search the database and found one right there on the lot. I was received a warm introductory welcome from sales consultant Bart Bosler as he proceeded to show me the vehicle. Bart was extremely accommodating to my every request and went above the call of duty to make sure I had an extremely pleasant experience. Since this car was for my wife and she hadn't seen it, he allowed me to take it on loan so I could share it with my family. Shortly after returning to the lot, Bart and I came to an agreement on a price and I decided to purchase the car. I went the 'extra mile' on additional requests, just to make me happy. He was very prompt and diligent in his follow up; he intuitively knew how to make me happy, and now I feel that I made a friend in the process. I wish Bart all the success... he truly cares about the customer and his sincerity proves it. Thank you Bart!! I was further introduced to the Finance Manager, Caleb Zhao, who was extremely professional and personable as we finalized the purchase of the car. Caleb was forthcoming and friendly to the extent that I felt very relaxed through the entire process. He extended every resource available to accommodate me; he offered me Superior's very competitive finance rate and made me feel like he was 'fighting' for me to get the 'best rate.' Overall, I had a 'SUPERIOR' car buying experience with Superior Chevrolet. I was so pleased that I went back two days later and made a purchase at the same lot on the Superior Toyota side. While that experience was not as 'grand' it was professional and humbling. I'm currently in the process of working out some misunderstandings... but I'm sure things will turn out great. I'll certainly plan to make follow up comments based on my experience there. Thank you Superior!! More

Dennis Cotton met us on the lot and when he realized it may be at another Hendrick's dealership he took us to his office and looked it up online. He explained our options about getting the car to the Merriam location with great detail, ran some numbers for us and was very patient (with us and both of our small children) while we made a decision regarding the vehicle. He kept us updated on the transfer process and even came in early to get some paperwork done for us to help accomodate our tight weekend schedule. Caleb was wonderful to work with in the finance department. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us of all our options and let us make a decision based on the information he gave us. We never felt pressured to add extra services we didn't feel we needed. If we had questions about anything, he explained the pros and cons of each scenario and let us make a decision. We have only had our new car for a few days and have already been recommending this dealership to our friends and family. The staff was incredibly friendly, very informed and helpful. He worked very hard to find us what we were looking for in our price range. In the end, we found out that it would work for us to purchase a NEW Suburban and we were able to fit it in our budget! Bob had to do a lot of work to find the one we were wanting and he came through for us! Bob helped us think "outside the box". Bob is great at his job, always helpful, smiling and professional. He never got tired of our questions and always kept us updated by email or phone calls! We had looked at a couple of other dealerships and the professionalism just wasn't there. Bob works hard to help his customers, make sure they are happy, and taken care of! It is rare to find that and it means a lot! We were also happy with Caleb and Lara! Both very friendly, knowledgable people!! Car dealerships often get a bad rap. I know they are there to sell you a car but you don't want to feel like you are being pressured into buying something you can't afford. This just didnt' happen here. We have purchased from Superior and Bob before and will again! Thanks to everyone for the great experience! More

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Equinox from Bob Winn back in November. Since then we have had the vehicle serviced twice, once for the 3,000 mile service and another for a few voluntary recalls. During our service visits, he came over to talk with us, and asked us how we were enjoying the Equinox. He even remembered my son's name. He is very knowledgable and always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the customer. He understands the value of customer service and building relationships that will last for years to come. Was visiting Kansas for a quick weekend getaway. Noticed the lot had all sorts of colors available for the Camaro. McCann needs a promotion because it didn't feel like I was speaking with a sales consultant but a true expert of Chevrolet. Considering Mr. McCann is new to Superior Chevrolet I COULDN'T tell! He drew out a chart so I could understand the difference b/t an SS, LT, LS, etc. Gave an idea of how many months the Camaro would cost so I wouldn't be too shocked and he knows how keep a person focused on what is real! He even took time out to help me remove my stuff from my other vehicle to the new one! EXCELLENT work ethics! He had his paperwork in order and had neat handwritting! He even brought ice cold water! He made me laughhhhhh which is very important, and it the whole experience didn't seem fake. It was very geniune. Within the test drive, he even demonstrated how well the iPod can work and all the buttons within the car and the keypad! I honestly felt like I was speaking with a friend I've known for years. Steve Lindsey was the next person that came over to introduce himself, and Mr. Lindsey assisted GREATLY in the pricing that led up to making the final decision. He made me laughhhh and offered some great heart to heart advice that was very sincere. EXCELLENT work ethics! The GREAT EXPERIENCE didn't stop there, it led on to Caleb Zhao the Finance Manager. I've been in financing offices before and it can be BORING! Not with Mr. Zhao! His introduction and EXCELLENT work ethics! Not only is he a Laker's fan, but he also knew how to handle all of the financing procedures. I mean, he knew his job! He was typing, talking, explaining the documents and what they were for and why I was signing them, and he explained all the coverages and recommended the ones that I would benefit from. He was multi-tasking with perfection! I would highly recommend each and everyone of these individuals to assist in a car purchase! I could have sworn I saw some angel wings on the back of these people when they walked away! Thanks Gary for assisting in the ONSTAR setup! ;) Kudos! 100%! Way to go! They made my purchase much much easier!!! Thank goodness that teamwork, dedication, intitiative, and most of all working with and for the consumer, which they have proved is their 1st priorty.
