In September 2023, I noted to my advisor that the air conditioning in my car was not working correctly. After the visit, they told me it was fine, and I needed to wait longer for it to get cool. Fast forward to April of this year, the car air conditioning is still not working. I brought my car into a different repair shop and they told me that the rear evaporator core was leaking and that is why the ac is not working. I paid that repair place $100 to diagnose. As this is a 5 year old car, and there was a tsb issued for this complaint, I brought it to Chevrolet service for repair and hoped it would be covered. When I brought it in, I was told there would be a $200 diagnostic fee. I agreed to pay that amount and hoped the repair would be covered. I was also recommended to get an oil change (early, as I still had 35% oil life). I agreed. I was told the repair would be $3400. Although the other repair shop had quoted me less to fix the issue, I agreed to have it done by Chevrolet as I was already $200 deep. I had to leave my car there for an additional day. I was very unhappy with the cost and the fact that it wasn't covered. My advisor knocked $100 off the price. While my air conditioning is now working, the vehicle states the oil life is still at 35% and the sticker in the corner of the window was not replaced. I paid for the oil change. I called my advisor and he told me it was done and if I want to bring it in, they'll do it again. Again? It wasn't done the first time. My husband and I are both loyal Chevy customers with our Tahoe and Traverse. My husband is now looking to replace his Tahoe and we are looking for a new car for our children, but we both have a bad taste in our mouths now from this experience and are no longer Chevy loyalists. I'm quite disappointed in the Hendrick Chevrolet service department, for gaslighting me into thinking I was crazy at the September visit, for no longer offering a loaner car during service, and not performing services that I paid for. The exorbitant price to fix the air conditioning is the icing on the cake. When you no longer trust the dealership, its time to start servicing it elsewhere. More

Went in after a horrible experience at another dealership. Instantly was greeted by Chris Green, he had a lovely warm welcome and was super patient. Even though I wasn't 100% sold on the car I looked at that evening, I was so grateful for his time and enthusiasm that I asked if he could keep an eye out for another vehicle that met my needs.
