Went to Hendricks Chevrolet looking for a 2024 Silverado HD ZR2 Duramax. I met with Christian Galliera. Right from the start he was very pleasant and no pressure. As there were none on the lot, we discussed HD ZR2 Duramax. I met with Christian Galliera. Right from the start he was very pleasant and no pressure. As there were none on the lot, we discussed other options and he answered every question I had. He checked incoming inventory and as luck would have it , the exact build I wanted had been ordered. I put a deposit on the order and waited for delivery. Christian kept me updated on status and always returned my calls. The truck arrived and the sales process was seemless. I ordered the hard folding tonneau cover and Christian had it installed and ready to go. Two weeks after delivery I noticed that Chevy had a sale on the exact tonneau cover, I contacted Christian and within 2 weeks I had a check from Hendricks for the difference. Top notch. More
