This was without question the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and it comes down to people. Napoleon was kind, honest, informative and patient as we bought a car with a baby in tow. The incredible service continued when we met Mike (Manager) as he made the entire process seamless. Mike also demonstrated the epitome of going above and beyond even after the sale was complete. What was so special about this experience was that it was the entire team we worked with-Napoleon, Chris and Mike. How my wife and I were treated has made us customers for life. I normally dread trading vehicles because of all of the hassle involved, but my sales associate, Vince, went above and beyond to make sure that my experience at the dealership was painless! He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was quick to answer all of my questions. I contacted Vince by phone several times before my visit to the dealership and several times since my purchase. He is always ready and willing to address any questions and concerns very quickly. It is extremely disappointing when you schedule a service appointment and plan for a day without a vehicle for it to be diagnosed, only to have your car not even looked at. It is more disappointing when, had appointment and plan for a day without a vehicle for it to be diagnosed, only to have your car not even looked at. It is more disappointing when, had it been diagnosed and covered, a rental would be available. I purchased my car here, so I didn't mind driving 30 min out of my way for the appointment, but I'm not sure I will plan to return. Everyone was very nice and apologetic about it, but being told I should plan for 2 days without a car next time I have an appointment is just not acceptable. I fully understand when repairs take time due to parts and other variables, but to have an appointment and not even be touched is a different story. More
