I would like to take back the review i left, as you are asked to leave the review before you get out of the dealership. They kind of force you to do it. While being told if you dont give a good review, it will affect the sales reps commission, i have talked to the Gm twice and both conversations end with him telling us to leave all 10s on our review as it will affect our sales reps commission. Once we left with our new vehicles we noticed the windows were so dirty we had a hard time seeing all the way home. It was raing all day when we purchased our vehicles so the outsides looked good, the next morning i went out to see my new vehicle in the sunlight and noticed i had sap all over the truck, so i contacted my sales rep. The next day i received a call from the general manager he offered to clean the vehicles and give us a tank of gas. I refused as the dealership is 2.5 hrs away from my home. The GM didnt offer any other option till i let him know they wouldnt be getting a good review. He then told me i could get detailed and he would reimburse me for the cost. Four days go by and i decided to call my sales rep and ask her if we could have our local dealership do the detail since we had to go there to get the coating done there. This would save us a inconvenience and them money to have a sister dealership do the job they didnt, she said she had to have her GM get this approved. A week goes by and i have not heard from anyone. Me and my wife are totaly unhappy with the whole dealership. We left that purchasing 2 new vehicles that day, if we could return them both and go somewhere else, we would Once we left they didnt care about anything but there review. Hope this will help future buyers to hold the dealerships to the high standard they want you to rate them for. Make sure you get everthing you want from them before you leave.
