Just purchased my second Suburban from Hendrick - Cary as I'd had a great experience with my first purchase from them. This time, I worked with Nick Divone and he made the transaction as seamless as possible I'd had a great experience with my first purchase from them. This time, I worked with Nick Divone and he made the transaction as seamless as possible.  Part of my goal in my purchase this go-round was to do most of it remotely and dedicate the least amount of hours possible in the "search" (though this may be counter-intuitive to some). Nick was completely on-board with that, so this was a huge "win" in my book.  For me, time is money and he respected that request. I only traveled to the dealership for pick-up, and avoided the inevitable "hurry up and wait" that occurs most often during a vehicle purchase. So, many thanks to Nick and Bryan Johnson, who likewise got me "in and out." I can't think of one thing that could have been done differently yesterday to have made my experience better.   More
