They sold me a lemon 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited knowing it have transmission issues but lied. I had the jeep for 3 months and 10 days before it started having mechanical issues. I paid cash 16,500.00 for this jeep. They knew it was a lemon when they sold it to me.Ii wouldn't advise anyone to by a car from this dealership. If you knew nothing was wrong with the Jeep why they offer to pay half to fix the problem. because they knew the problem had already existed before the sale! I refuse to pay for a mechanical problem that they knew had already existed upon purchasing. More

I’ve had the WORST service experiences at this place & the last one takes the cake. I bought my Jeep from Stevenson Hendrick Honda (amazing staff & service), but whatever they can’t take care of I unfor & the last one takes the cake. I bought my Jeep from Stevenson Hendrick Honda (amazing staff & service), but whatever they can’t take care of I unfortunately have had to go to Jeep for service a few times. About 4 months back my seatbelt wasn’t retracting the right way, along with a few little other issues, but that was the main one. I went to pick up my Jeep the bill was over $600 & tbh I really wasn’t thinking as my son was in the middle of battling cancer, so my brain was obviously not all there. After abt 2wks I realized why was my bill this much and I have a warranty. I was back at Honda and asked my service guy if that should’ve been under warranty and he looked it up & it was supposed to be. So basically they charged me for something that should’ve been covered. I have texted Aaron the service guy I was dealing with at Jeep. Basically ignored me several times. Have even called asking to speak with the service manager, left him messages on his VM and never a call back. I’ve been so very frustrated and so annoyed that this place would do this to someone. Especially with the fact that I’m dealing with so much and they could care less. I would NEVER EVER buy a car from them just from all the awful experiences I’ve had. They are not trustworthy and will give you the run around….basically if I want my $$ I will now have to go to small claims court to deal with this because it’s no small chunk of change.
