I had service done on my vehicle for a recall notice. I had no problem with the ordering of the part. Though I did have to reschedule my original appointment due to the fact the part had not come in. I had spoken to an employee about 3-4 times before I came in for my new made appointment, none of those times was I told I needed to turn in an empty vehicle for the service to be complete. I show up for my appointment and I’m told I needed to empty my van and that I would need to reschedule. I don’t remember the name of the service tech helping me but he was very helpful during our interaction. I drop off my vehicle the second time with no issues. I call the dealership the next morning to schedule a shuttle pickup. I scheduled my pick up time an hour out and the driver was 15 minutes late. He was very nice and apologized about the situation. I get to the dealership thinking my car would be ready for pickup immediately since I called ahead of time but I have to wait 15 minutes juts for my car to be pulled up and to sign a piece of paper. IMO the employees seemed stretched thin and I would not recommend anyone to come to this dealership More
