Cody Hendrix our service advisor went above and beyond on the repair of our 2023 Ram. He worked with our third party warranty company to make sure all the necessary repairs were made and covered. My jeep required a third party extended warranty repair which normally requires approvals and waiting on hold, etc. My service writer, Alan, made it so much easier.
