I've purchased 2 Jeeps with Hendrick and have been pleasantly surprised both times. I worked with Carlos this time and he was GREAT. The people were great, but the phone answering system was poor. Also, it took a long time to get the work done. I had to leave my Jeep from Monday to Thursday to find out what was wrong.
