Purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from them about weeks ago. Not even 24hrs later I had to take it into the service department due to check engine light coming on. 4 days later found out a them about weeks ago. Not even 24hrs later I had to take it into the service department due to check engine light coming on. 4 days later found out according to the service guy the (2) catalytic converters were bad on the car. Rounding out the 3rd starting the forth week of “we will have it fixed this week” or “we will have a new one to trade you out of.” They sent down some cheap truck that could barley fit my 2 car seats for my 1 and 2 year olds. They later sold that truck and have now sent us another vehicle at-least that will fit the family. Was told by Joel Watson that they could undo the deal 2 weeks into this and I was gonna give it another week for them to get it fixed or get another replacement. Now going into week 4 anytime I call Joel won’t come to the phone and I’m transferred to John who now says no they can’t take the car back and that I have to go through Chrysler. Asked John what the number to Chrysler is and he has to go because “he has 10 people in front of him and he can’t find a number while on the phone”. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They are happy to sell you are car. But slow when it comes to making their wrong things right. Ridiculous. Seems like they are full of false promises. More
