Scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep. I brought it in 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time. The next day I called to see if the diagnosis was done I was told it would be 5-6 days be brought it in 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time. The next day I called to see if the diagnosis was done I was told it would be 5-6 days before they could even look at it. The gentleman I spoke to said they only had 3 technicians. I was not offered a loaner or a rental. Decided to call Voyals and they were able to get it in, diagnosed, and fixed the same day. More
