I came in with an impossible situation. I was upside down (by a large amount), truck was in the shop, and didn’t think there was a chance anything would work. I went to Hendrick to look at a used Grand Chero (by a large amount), truck was in the shop, and didn’t think there was a chance anything would work. I went to Hendrick to look at a used Grand Cherokee and left in a brand new Grand Cherokee for less than I would’ve been paying for the used one! James Kennedy is in a league of his own. He and Steve helped me through the entire process, made sure my needs were met, and so much more. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely removed from my prior situation and in a new situation that I could be proud of. I can’t express my gratitude enough for these two.
