This was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a RAM with specific options and finally found it online at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge & RAM in Birmingham. The dealership is more than 3 hours away from where I live. Kristy Duke was so helpful and quick to answer all my questions about the RAM and I was quite surprised to learn that they would bring the RAM to me at no extra charge! Kristy kept me informed every step of the way through the buying process by email and by telephone. Even after the sale, she continued to call me to make sure everything was good with the RAM. In addition to her calls, I received calls from the Customer Service Manager and the Parts Manager. A very nice man delivered the RAM to me from Birmingham in the pouring rain. What a beautiful truck! I really feel like If I need to, I can continue to call the dealership with any questions or concerns that I might have and I will receive the same friendly, courteous attention that I received before the sale. More

Service department worked us into a busy day and got us back on the road same day... YAY! We were stranded travellers and this saved the day for us. However, we wish we could have been advised up front o back on the road same day... YAY! We were stranded travellers and this saved the day for us. However, we wish we could have been advised up front of the total time it would take for repairs so we could have made arrangements to do something other than sit around the service department for 5 hours just to fix a fuel injector. But many thanks to Chris for getting us back on the road, same day, so we could continue our cross country travels. More

Found a Jeep that we were interested in so we decided to go visit the dealership. Romero was super easy to work with and helped us get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. I made an appt online to meet with a sales associate. He never meets with me and has someone in his place. I understand you get busy with others, but he never even stops by. I spoke with Mr Kennedy a few times the following week because the other sales associate relocated to another state. I told Mr Kennedy what I wanted and where I needed to be and we discussed a few options and he was going to call me back. Never heard a word, went to Stiver Ford two days later, got $4000 more on my trade and got me where I needed to be. If your trying to sell vehicles, you should at least have the courtesy to call someone back, even if you can’t work the deal. Not very impressed with Hendrick and won’t be encouraging others to go there. More
