Please stay away from this dealership!! The finance department totally screwed me on my deal and did not apply any of the applicable rebates to my contract. I bought a 2019 Dodge Journey in February of 2020, this vehicle had almost $7,000 in rebates. This was the sole reason that I picked this vehicle. While talking with finance, he assured me that he had applied all rebates and that I was not carrying any negative equity over into the Journey. Not until I recently requested a copy of my Bill of Sale that I saw that they did not apply one red cent of the rebate to my car! I have three children to buy cars from one day and I surely will not be shopping at either Hendricks property in Hoover, AL. More

I was not pleased at all with the car service employee handling my car with absolutely no mask before and after serving my vehicle.
