Austin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove and explained every feature as if he had been doing this for twenty plus years. Austin was also super nice and respectful but I would have expected no less from a young man who chose to step forward and serve his country! Due to an unfortunate accident that caused the car to be a total loss I was in the market for a new vehicle. My first thought went right to the person that I have purchased my last three cars with and that a total loss I was in the market for a new vehicle. Everytime that I have been in the market for a new car he has been right on point. The quality of service and the quality of cars they have. Even though we are in a pandemic we were able to close the deal and drive away in our Yukon Denali in about two hours. Hendrick and Austin are great! I recently bought a 2020 RAM 1500 v6 from Austin at Hendrick, in Feb of 2020, he was great then and gave me suggestions on things I would possibly use I recently bought a 2020 RAM 1500 v6 from Austin at Hendrick, in Feb of 2020, he was great then and gave me suggestions on things I would possibly use a truck for. I had my mind set on what I thought I would be using that truck for and he wasn't too pushy trying to up-sale me on something I didn't think I would need. He had recommendations, talked me through things that maybe I had not thought of yet, and after that, he then found the truck I wanted to buy. It was a perfect match for what I said I wanted. Fast forward 6 months, and I'm back looking for a truck with a v8. If I had listened to him back in Feb, and not been so hard headed, I would've seen he was thinking about future use for a truck I hadn't thought of. Austin is one of the reasons I like shopping here and recommend Hendrick to my friends and family. He is very polite, honest, listens to my requests, offers up ideas I hadn't thought of, and then finds the perfect match for what I want. He is very knowledgeable, and like I said, if I had taken a moment to really listen to him 6 months ago, I would've got the truck I'm in now, then. Now I have literally the truck I needed then and couldn't be happier. More
