We walked in the door & immediately someone at the front helped us and was very kind. Cordell came and we went to his office , told him what car we were looking at abs he immediately got it, we rest drove i helped us and was very kind. We weren’t really planning to buy today because the car is for our 15 year old so , but Cordell was kind and genuine that we decided we would look at the price. They gave us a price that we thought was fair, and we decided to go for it. Cordell was great and our financing experience was good too. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and did a great job! More

Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Hoover Service was generally good; however, could be more efficient. Service center is overflowed with cars that need repair and I was suggested to leave my Service was generally good; however, could be more efficient. Service center is overflowed with cars that need repair and I was suggested to leave my Jeep GC for 5 days to wait to be diagnosed. While doing regular maintenance they were out of ink and were not able to print the wheels alignment report (as well as they can't save it to email or print later). I think there is definitely some room for improvements. More
