Financing and closing with Chandler M was streamline and dealing with complexity of 2 trade-ins was easy for him (Hendrick uses an impressive document system for the closing process.) I felt like the sales manager got a little testy as I was trying to negotiate and understand the deal. When he told me he was losing money on the deal, I lost confidence that he was being truthful with me. Late in the process, I learned that I should have confirmed that this CPV had 2 key FOBs before I accepted pricing. In the end, James helped me "break even" on an aftermarket FOB purchase. I'd go back to the dealership for my next purchase. More
