I had the pleasure of dealing James Kennedy while trying to trade in a Renegade and purchase a 4 door Wrangler. For various reasons I thought this wasn’t going to be possible but James managed to make it ha to trade in a Renegade and purchase a 4 door Wrangler. For various reasons I thought this wasn’t going to be possible but James managed to make it happen. He was personable, knowledgeable and never went into “salesman mode”. He understood my requirements, did his best to meet them and, in the cases where he couldn’t, was able to explain the reasons in a friendly and non-condescending manner. This was easily the least stressful auto transaction in which I’ve ever been involved. I don’t plan on needing to purchase another vehicle for a couple of years but I would recommend James and Hendrick to anyone in the market for new or used car. More

Our salesman, Ronald, was Great! He was very helpful and very attentive. We were very happy with the Grand Caravan we bought and the deal we ended up with.
