I was disappointed with my visit to Hendrick. I had made an appointment for routine service and to check a warning light on my display several days in advance, and I asked for a rental so I could attend ano an appointment for routine service and to check a warning light on my display several days in advance, and I asked for a rental so I could attend another function while I was in Birmingham. I arrived a few minutes early and had to search for an attendant to find out we were to enter through the exit bay due to some renovations they were making. when I got into the cue it took several more minutes for the attendant to come out only to tell me they could not check out the issue with the light on my display because they are not a Honda dealership (I purchased my Honda from them) and that they had no rentals at that time, and they were short-handed and would get to my car as soon as they could. I had an appointment. All that said, I spent over 2 hours total for an oil change, and I realized a couple of days after that my washer fluid is empty. Very inconvenient and the service wasn’t even thorough. More
