Buyers beware when buying a used car from here. Not the same experience as buying new which is why I gave them a 3 star review so it averages as a 4 star. At no point in time with the sales team or on any of the documentation did anyone indicate that the vehicle came with a single fob. While I was in the finance office was a single fob handed to my wife and daughter. No explanation other than this car only comes with one fob. When I finished with finance the sales guy was gone and no response to any of my texts. Came back in two days later to get a Jeep bat and was told that we (dealership) can’t guarantee two fobs for used vehicles. How about being upfront and honest about that. Now I get the spend an extra $500 after the fob gets in two weeks to schedule a service appointment to have it programmed. Not a great user experience. Used car buyers beware! More
