Corey Scott is the go to man! Just like any buyer I was nervous about going to a car dealership. Corey made me very comfortable and I felt like I was family the entire time. Service Visit Repair I brought my 2018 Dodge Challenger in for a service repair in May to have the passenger door panel replaced from a previous repair that occurred in Ma I brought my 2018 Dodge Challenger in for a service repair in May to have the passenger door panel replaced from a previous repair that occurred in March. The replacement panel arrived damaged and was supposed to have been reordered. I was told I would be notified when the door panel arrives, so that I could return and have it reinstalled. Well 4 months later, I am still waiting on the door panel to arrive. I am ideally a patient individual and understand some replacement parts take a while to get in, but it's frustrating when distance is a factor and the primary means of communication is through email, text, and phone calls. When I call to check on the status of the part, the parts department doesn't have a record of the part being reordered and stated that the order has been closed. So now patience turns into frustration because it now appears that I have been waiting on a part for 4 months that has never been ordered. I have been dealing with this issue for 7 months and would really like to rectify the situation and move forward. Both Service Managers are nice and professional and have done their best to provide assistance with correcting the repair, but it is a little frustrating when no one can provide a for sure answer regarding when the part will be in and when it can be reinstalled. Another issue is loaner vehicles. I understand that loaner vehicles are ideally intended for major repairs, but I drive 2 hours to get the repairs done. Even though the dealership are great with providing rides to local places, I feel as if service calls that last more than 4 hours should offer customers the option of a loaner vehicle, especially if you are driving an extended distance. The drop off is both convenient and inconvenient as it confides you to that place until the driver returns to pick you up. Both of my service visits lasted the entire work day. More

Nightmare of a place Save yourself and avoid wasting your money here . I’m living a nightmare with these people. I brought my wrangler in on June 3 to be serviced . Since it wasn’t bought there it’s not being taken as a priority to give me the same service I deserve as people who purchased cars there . The service department is piss poor . Was basically sexually harassed by one of their service advisors Chris when I dropped it off and nothing was done about it . I don’t know what jimmy does there but i do know he’ll hang up on you after you call to ask about your vehicle. How David is the service manager I’ll never know . Treats me with upmost disrespect. Says he’ll call and never does ,says it’s being fixed and it never is . Took it for a “test drive “ September 6 and I never heard anything else for two weeks til I reached out to him for the millionth time . He was supposed to call me 4 days ago to fill me in on my vehicle. Still waiting on that call .called corporate twice and I’m still waiting on a callback from there . I’ve never experienced or heard of anyone experiencing anything like this in my life . It’s the poorest excuse of a business I think exists . Probably asked to speak to the general manager 15-30 times . Yet to have that happen .Who would of thought you’d drop a vehicle off for service and not have it back 4 months later ? Still no clue to when or if I’ll ever get my vehicle back. Spare yourself the nightmare and spend your money somewhere else . More
