With them around, don’t trust anybody else in town! I don’t know how to describe my experience, when it was better than the best! I sold them a used car and they gave me a fair value, agreed upon after filling out paperwork online, which other nearby dealers tried to negotiate and underpay! From the moment I walked in James acknowledged me as a customer, asked about my needs and thanked me for being a customer. He introduced me to Chandler to finalize my sale, my positive experience at Hendrick CDJR in Birmingham only grew from there! Both employees made me truly feel appreciated and like I was family! This review is long overdue as I sold my car a few years ago but the treatment I received has not been forgotten! I forgot a personal item in the car and they were more than willing to help me get it back!
